I’ve been trying desperately to upgrade my account. I love your service, love the tools. But your system But your system won’t accept my perfectly valid credit card. I’ve tried going the PayPal route, but they’re requiring that I upload picture ID and such, but their system keeps failing on the upload, of just a 300K JPEG drivers license. There’s no way to talk to anybody on either end of this. I just want to pay you for a year subscription and get on with the work. Is there any way I can handle this over the phone? Or find out why your system won’t take my card?

Unable to Upload/Remote Build via Localkit
I have a free account at present. I’ve installed Localkit on my PC and downloaded my project from the Monaca cloud via the same. The debugger is working fine, but I’m not able to upload the project to Monaca or perform a remote build. In both cases I get an error message, “An error has occurred while performing the required operation. Please check the log file for more information.” I’m not able to locate this log file. Can anybody shed light on this? I have 29 more days of the Localkit free trial, and I have the impression I should be able to perform these operations. Otherwise, I’m favorably impressed with Localkit and will likely upgrade when the trial is done.
