Cordova toast plugin not working on windows 10

Cordova Toast plugin working only on Android and IOS,
But It’s not working on windows 10 phone, This my plugin "https://github.com/EddyVerbruggen/Toast-PhoneGap-Plugin.git"
how to solve this problem?

I don’t see any reference that indicates that the plugin is compatible with Windows Phone 10. Just try to contact the plugin’s author and ask him about it.
