iFrame cannot download files

Good morning, I have a question about working with iFrame, I have build online mobile web, and I embedded it on monaca using iFrame, and the problem is when online mobile web download (I use <a></a>) it wont popup to browser event though I have already set allow-intent for my mobile web in config.xml, thank you
