storage space

I get the following popup when I open a project: there was not enough remaining storage space, or the storage quota was reached and the user declined to allow more space.
How can I see how much storagespace a project is using and how much I have used?

@Linus-Anderås When you login to Cloud IDE and are viewing your dashboard, click on your username in the upper-right hand corner and choose plan details. A little slide out appears and shows your storage allotment and status.

ok. Im using 9% so the message has nothing to do with that. Any Ideas what it can be about?
