Cant find Bluetooth plugin in Manage Plugins area

I am reading the instructions from Monaca docs: http://docs.s.monaca.mobi/3.5/en/reference/third_party_phonegap/bluetooth/

But when I go to Manage Cordova Plugins area the Bluetooth module is not there, in fact no bluetooth module is in the list of plugins… please help!
