problems with Onsen and android webview

I have made a android app LASKmobile with hbasic.
For GUI output i use Onsen UI 2.11.2 with dynamic generated HTML-code and display it in android webview.
This worked fine until webview updatet from version 99.0 to 100.0.
Now ons-select is unusable, things inside a dialog are drawn outside the dialog, and so on.

This is normal.

This is bad.

Is there a problem with Onsen UI with newer webview versions or a bug in webview or can i change something in the HTML-code to solve this problem?
