build for platform specific css components

Is there a way to build for example android and exclude the ios styles in the output?
Also is there a way to avoid having to use the additional material–… classnames on the component elements? Preferably only some style at root level or no additional style at all since it is a pkatform specific build and theme switching will not be supported.
