How can I get database results to show in the Monaca preview pane?

Hello. I successfully created and queried a simple database using the example here:
https://docs.monaca.io/en/sampleapp/tips/storage/The results from the database show on my iPhone and iPad using the Monaca Debugger app, but not in the Monaca preview pane in the browser on my PC.
How can I go about getting the results to show in the preview pane as well as on my mobile devices? Or is this not possible?
