Trying to Upgrade to Pro Account

  • I’ve been trying desperately to upgrade my account. I love your service, love the tools. But your system But your system won’t accept my perfectly valid credit card. I’ve tried going the PayPal route, but they’re requiring that I upload picture ID and such, but their system keeps failing on the upload, of just a 300K JPEG drivers license. There’s no way to talk to anybody on either end of this. I just want to pay you for a year subscription and get on with the work. Is there any way I can handle this over the phone? Or find out why your system won’t take my card?
