PWA front end with native app device accessibility

    I’m new to Onsen but I’m very familiar with web app development, PWA technology, and I prefer the React development environment. I’m want to build apps that use PWA technology (so the app doesn’t have to be installed from a store, and can work offline), but that also has native app device accessibility, such as the file system, camera, geolocation, etc. Does Onsen technology make both possible in the same app?
