Hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
Having the darnest time attempting to swap the Tabbar icons in the Kitchen sample with FontAwesome Pro ‘fal’ assets. Need to prefix the icons with ‘fal’ as opposed to the default ‘fa’ returned by the framework. has anyone had any success with this?
This is actually a bug that has been fixed in Onsen UI but not released yet (https://github.com/OnsenUI/OnsenUI/pull/2595). There should be a release with the fix in a week or so.
If you need the fix right now then clone Onsen UI from GitHub and build it locally. There are instructions here: https://github.com/OnsenUI/OnsenUI/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#development-setup. Once it’s built you can use
npm linkto use the local version of Onsen UI in your project.
I hope this helps resolve your problem. If you get stuck please let us know.
