iphone not scrolling

~~i was add css style
overflow:scroll;
-webkit-overflow-scrolling:touch;its useless too.
and i tried display :flex its scrolling but when i touch its flash and disappeared
i have no idea~~this issue already resolved.
when the mySplitter left side menu not closed
then the page scrolling on the iphone is not working.
