package.json not exist

hello,
someone give me the app code of onsen ui but in the directory structure i cant see package.json file and some other dependencies. i just see folder like:

res folder
www folder
config.xml file
icon.png

please help me what that mean. its incomplete source code or something protected code. how i can able to do some work or fix the problem which mention by client.

@rohail27, create another app and copy the package.json to the project folder, then config.
