make cordova app from onsenui+vue.js

hello,I want to know how can i make a cordova app from my vue+onsen ui project?I already have a vue+onsenui project onsen ui documention said use vue-cli-plugin-cordova after i use this plugin in my project thats make a cordova app inside my project and a debug apk and i run that file in my device but thats just a blank page!!!anyone know how can i use my vue+onsen ui code inside it?
