Upgrade Android platform version

    Using Monaca Cloud build how can I force the Android platform version from 6.2.3 to 6.3.0? I am able to do this locally but when I run Monaca Upload the setting is not saved and the cloud build reverts to 6.2.3

    @dwaxman Android 6.3 is not available within Cordova 6.5 which is the latest supported Cordova version in Monaca. Therefore, it’s impossible to force Monaca Build server to use Android 6.3. We are planning to release the Cordova 7 support early next year.
