Onsen UI templates for Visual Studio 2017

Tried installing the templates on VS 2017 but it gave me warning about a 2015 template version making VS 2017 unstable.

@kenbusse No, there are no templates for VS2017. You can start with normal Apache Cordova templates and add Onsen UI files manually, shouldn’t be hard.
