Questions on Monaca Backend Push Notification

    I’ve successfully setup Monaca Backend and can receive Push Notification in Android Devices. However despite that, the push messages do not wake the device, they are just sent to devices silently. Is there anyway to allow push messages to wake the device up? I’m aware that it is not possible to send sound notifications with Monaca.

    Another question I have is that out of the 17 push messages I sent, 8 of them was refused. Is this caused from my side, and if so could it be resolved?
