Support for accessibility and Wai-Aria standards?

Hi,
I was lead to believe that I would be able to webapp with accessibility features with Onsen-UI based on this site:
http://mobile-frameworks-comparison-chart.com/However, I have been unable to find anything specific on the main webpage.
If someone could refer me to somewhere that specifically states this, that would be very helpful
