Monaca Cloud projects - upgrade to Onsen UI v2.1.0

Hello,
This post at February 8th said that “Onsen UI 2.1.0 was released a few days ago”.
But when I create a new project in the Monaca Cloud IDE - I see that Onsen UI v2.0.3 included.
What is the upgrade policy for Monaca?
