sliding menu + navigator not working on Firefox/IOS (see Codepen)

I’ve in my application a simple combination with a sliding menu and ons-navigator. This works well only with chrome. Angular seems not starting when using Firefox and Safari.
See this example with both browser. Press the blue button and with Chrome you’ll see a list correctly rendered. With Firefox you’ll see {{item.id}} (Angular “non started”)
