@amir-ardalan We cannot do anything before seeing some code. Are you using Monaca CLI or Localkit templates? You can run apps in your devices with Monaca Debugger as well.

jdk 1.8 If i use VS 2015 my app can’t deploy on device. But with cordova CLI app can deploy and runs.

Do you need to create your own Cordova plugin? If yes, that has nothing to do with Monaca and you should check Cordova plugins implementation guideline.
